Chapt 2.
The first day Lekan went to church with me, he asked me to buy him the chinchin and I told him that I dinnoh have money.
That was how he instigated that I buy it for him from my offering money.
The ten naira chinchin then is equivalent to fifty naira chinchin of now. I bought ten naira own with the mindset of paying the remaining ten naira with me as offering.
But I made the mistake of eating the chinchin with him and it was delicious.
We bought another ten naira own and that was how I didn't contribute any money that sunday.
Ever since then, I started using my twenty naira offering money for chinchin with Lekan.
I always buy one for him and one for me too.
The offering money became my side hustle every sunday and I was enjoying it until the day pigeon carry shoulder up and refused to fly .
That sunday, I received my spiritual #20 palliative as usual from my mom, branched Lekan's house so that we could go to church together.
We got to church and the chinchin seller was nowhere to be found.
Sadness overshadowed my heart at once.
The chinchin was like a drug for us which must always come in every Sunday.
And we always meet the woman in church but this sunday was different.
